BUILDING AND LEADING TEAMS
(3 Credits) The way we work has been irreversibly transformed by the global pandemic, making it crucial to position our teams for success in this new working environment. By fostering connections, a team leader can prevent their team from becoming a collection of individuals and instead create a team dedicated to achieving together what they could not accomplish working in parallel. The Building and Leading Teams program will dive into the most pressing opportunities that have emerged for teams, offering leaders proactive decision-making strategies to shape and lead a team. You will gain insights into the legal implications and factors of remote and hybrid work, shifting expectations of productivity measures, and practices to sustain collaborative teams. Additionally, you will explore how emerging team practices can pave a path to alignment with organizational goals. By leveraging a new team impact model, you will design and shape a team development plan as a key takeaway from the program.
