FACT-FINDING & INVESTIGATIONS

4 Credits. This customized 4-day program equips Correctional Service Canada (CSC) participants with the skills and tools to confidently and efficiently conduct workplace investigations. Through hands-on training, participants learn to pre-screen complaints, select the appropriate investigation process, conduct effective interviews, gather and assess evidence, and write comprehensive reports. The program includes tools, templates, and a step-by-step guide to streamline the investigation process, as well as exercises and simulations to practice new skills. Tailored to CSC’s needs, this course ensures participants gain practical knowledge to manage internal fact-finding investigations and produce quality reports.
