LABOUR ARBITRATION

(4 Credits) This customized 4-day program for SEIU Healthcare trains participants in the art and science of effective arbitration advocacy, combining theoretical knowledge with practical application. Participants learn to prepare thoroughly for hearings, develop compelling case theories, and deliver persuasive opening and closing statements. Skills in examining and cross-examining witnesses, tendering evidence, and raising objections are honed through hands-on exercises. A mock arbitration led by experienced arbitrators provides a realistic, immersive experience, enabling participants to confidently apply their skills in presenting winning cases in real-world arbitration scenarios.
